All Lennar construction issues and communications related to my home at 6111 Yeats Manor Drive at the Westshore Yacht Club in Tampa, FL.

- For a new construction home built by Lennar, I encountered countless issues and repair bills.

- Black mold in one of the A/C unit closets. The property is located in the Westshore Yacht Club neighborhood.

- Water damage has caused the ceiling in the garage (floor in the upstair guest retreat) at 6111 Yeats Manor Drive in Tampa, FL.

- Mold coming from one of the vents in the home located at the Westshore Yacht Club. Neighbors experienced the same mold issues.

- Illnesses were common for anyone who spent a significant time in the home built by Lennar.

The construction issues involve electrical issues, HVAC problems, mold exposure, structural defects, water intrusion/damage, metal corrosion and environmental concerns. These construction problems, in addition to dealing with the stress of it all for nearing five years, have led to health issues. As well, other people get sick when staying at my Lennar home and exhibit similar symptoms.
