Electrical Problems
Ongoing construction disputes with Lennar Homes related to electrical problems throughout the new home. Some electrical problems might be related to environmental and/or land issues in the Westshore Yacht Club neighborhood, as extensive floods and water damage caused by improperly installed A/C units during construction.
The construction issues involve electrical issues, HVAC problems, mold exposure, structural defects, water intrusion/damage, metal corrosion and environmental concerns. These construction problems, in addition to dealing with the stress of it all for nearing five years, have led to health issues. As well, other people get sick when staying at my Lennar home and exhibit similar symptoms.
@LennarTampa WARNING! My mother bought in Vista Palms, Wimauma, FL. Such shoddy workmanship and horrible customer service. Leaking roofs due to no tar paper. Electrical shorts due to outlets and switches being installed incorrectly. @Lennar does not stand behind their work!

The total estimated cost to repair all the Lennar construction defects is nearly $300,000, which includes extensive mold remediation throughout the new construction home. Although the builder acknowledged the construction issues, the senior executives I was working with eventually went silent and ignored all Lennar home warranty requests and repairs.
So I’m in total limbo with Lennar . I can get No Straight answer as to why and how 3 junction boxes were installed in my new home and the Electrical company had no record of what their employee did . No knowledge No accessibility No Answers #Lies #Lies
