HVAC Issues
HVAC issues related to ongoing construction defects in a new home constructed by Lennar Homes. I’ve had 25 A/C malfunctions in just over four years. Lennar has been unresponsive to ongoing issues.
Although Lennar has agreed that both A/C systems need to be replaced and have agreed to replace both systems due to improper installation and ongoing HVAC issues, they have yet to do the replacements.
Probably watching my electric bill go thru the roof from your improperly installed a/c systems. Or definitely not watching outside activities thru my fogged cheap windows with broken seals!

In addition to the HVAC issues, the Lennar construction problems also include electrical issues, health and environmental concerns, mold exposure, structural defects, water intrusion/damage, and metal corrosion.
The total estimated cost to repair all the Lennar construction defects is nearly $300,000, which includes extensive mold remediation throughout the new construction home. Although the builder acknowledged the construction issues, the senior executives I was working with eventually went silent and ignored all Lennar home warranty requests and repairs.
The other questions are more important – who reimburses me for all the expenses, damage and time of arguing about these HVAC issues that were identified in the first month after my closing in 2013?
