Mold Exposure
Mold exposure issues related to ongoing construction problems in a new home constructed by Lennar Homes. You will find numerous pictures showing what is thought to be black mold in several areas, including throughout the A/C systems.
Oh please @Lennar. ur well aware. Justin Essigmann has all info and will do nothing like the thousands of others .. I'll post mold pics too. Anyone with small children, elderly or pregnant should probably steer clear of the Lennar home. Mold can cause a lot of health issues

I’ve had many of the common symptoms of mold exposure which include – red and irritated eyes, multiple sinus and respiratory infections, bloody noses, and rashes to name just a few.
Don’t buy from them. They left my drains open, causing toxic mold, ruined our health and now are lying, saying that “we don’t know what mild does to your body.” They will do the same to you, trust me.

In addition to mold exposure, other construction issues include electrical issues, HVAC problems, metal corrosion, structural defects, water intrusion/damage, and environmental concerns. These construction problems, in addition to dealing with the stress of it all for several years, have led to health issues. As well, other people get sick when staying at my Lennar home and exhibit similar symptoms.
The total estimated cost to repair all the Lennar construction defects is nearly $300,000, which includes extensive mold remediation throughout the new construction home. Although the builder acknowledged the construction issues, the senior executives I was working with eventually went silent and ignored all Lennar home warranty requests and repairs.
This is a rip off, Lennar denied all responsibility, there’s mold on the ceilings of multiple houses in my neighborhood. The security is so lax (even though we pay highly for it!) that there was a break in midday because the gate was left open, gate left open at night too!

Although Lennar executives have seen and know I’ve been exposed to mold, they have done nothing. Lennar has been unresponsive to ongoing issues.
