Joel Fedora – Lennar Executive

Joel Fedora is a Vice President of Construction at Lennar (formerly WCI Communities). He was new to WCI when I first began having issues with my Lennar new construction home back in 2013.

The total estimated cost to repair all the Lennar construction defects is nearly $300,000, which includes extensive mold remediation throughout the new construction home. Although the builder acknowledged the construction issues, the senior executives I was working with eventually went silent and ignored all Lennar home warranty requests and repairs.

You’ll find many communications to and from Joel Fedora as well as other people and organizations that are central to these issues. He organized a multi-day construction repair the first summer I was here. The construction issues have only continued to get worse.
